Dozens of Israeli activists, among them Hadash activists, protested on Friday morning, March 1, against the criminal war on Gaza outside Hatzerim Air Force Base in southern Israel. “We came to remind the pilots that human beings are dying at the tip of their fingers, that they have blood on their hands, that they can, must, refuse. This nightmare must end,” they said.
The activists held banners reading “The blood is on your hands,” ”Stop bombing Gaza,” and “There are people in Gaza,” with their hands colored in red.

In Jerusalem, in the early afternoon hours, cops violently attached dozens of Israeli peace activists who gathered at Paris Square to express “pain and rage at the murdering of tens of thousands of people in Gaza.”
“As we stand here, millions of people are being starved and forced to flee bombed out cities. Nothing can justify these war crimes, conducted by the far-right government. These crimes will also not bring home the hostages, or allow any of us to feel safe. From our devastation for those already killed, we demand that this war end,” members of Free Jerusalem group said.
