Young Palestinian Dies after Being Hit During Occupation Army Raid in Jenin

An 18-year-old Palestinian woman died Monday evening from wounds sustained during clashes between gunmen and Israeli troops more than a week earlier in the northern occupied West Bank, Palestinian health officials said.

According to Zo Haderech daily news website, Hanan Mahmoud Khadour, from the town of Faqqua, was seriously hurt by occupation fire when soldiers entered the nearby Jenin refugee camp and other towns in the northern West Bank on April 9. The Palestinian Authority’s health ministry said she was taken to a hospital in Jenin, where she died of her wounds on Monday evening. At least 17 Palestinians have died in clashes with Israeli forces in the West Bank in recent weeks.
