Webinar Tomorrow on Joe Biden’s Foreign Policy, Israel and Palestine

Jewish Currents will being hosting tomorrow, Tuesday, June 23, a livestreamed discussion of Joe Biden’s approach to foreign policy, and in particular, how it will affect Israel and Palestine. Among the participants will be Hadash MK Aida Touma-Sliman (Joint List), a leading member of the Communist Party of Israel.

Moderated by Jewish Currents Editor-at-Large Peter Beinart, this event will also feature Lara Friedman, president of the Foundation for Middle East Peace (FMEP) and a Jewish Currents contributing writer and Matt Duss, foreign policy advisor to Senator Bernie Sanders.

Beinart is professor of journalism and political science at the City University of New York, Editor-at-Large of Jewish Currents, an Atlantic and CNN contributor and a fellow at the Foundation for Middle East Peace. Friedman is the President of the FMEP, with more than 25 years working in the Middle East foreign policy arena and a leading authority on US foreign policy in the Middle East.

The webinar will begin at 11:00 am Eastern Daylight Time, 3 pm (15:00) GMT, and 6 pm (18:00) Israel/Palestine time.
