Fire broke out on Saturday night, June 10, at the headquarters of the Communist Party of Israel (CPI) in the Arab city of Arraba located in the Battuf region of the Sakhnin valley in the Lower Galilee. Local activists reported that, while there were no casualties, the offices of the CPI, Hadash and Young Communist League offices sustained significant damage.

According to a police spokesperson, firefighters and officers were dispatched to the CPI headquarters located on the second floor of an office building in Arraba after a fire was reported late Saturday night. The firefighters extinguished the blaze which resulted in serious damage. The cause of the blaze is being investigated.
