The Office of the Attorney General of the Israeli Government’s Counsel General Menachem Mazuz issued today (Tuesday, April 28, 2009) a decision to provide a new indictment against MK Mohammad Barakeh, Chairman of the Democratic Front for Peace and Equality (Hadash) and leading member of the Communist Party of Israel.
